PROJECT 2

We make lap quilts for distribution to area retirement homes. Hand made items seem to calm and comfort the elderly when they are becoming accustomed to new surroundings. We love being able to help our esteemed elders with our cheerful lap quilts.

PROJECT 1

Our 'Comfort Quilts' for the children of the Missouri National Guard members deployed overseas is one of our main projects. Our members devote much time and effort into making an age appropriate quilt for each child.

PROJECT 3

Our members love to make baby quilts for our local pregnancy support center. We believe a hand made baby quilt helps provide a small measure of comfort and security for both the child and the parents.

PROJECT 4

Our members also knit and crochet scarves to distribute to the area's homeless population. Although one group of citizens can not provide all that is needed in trying times, we do try to make a small contribution to warm those in need.
